THC Staffing has been at the forefront of cannabis legalization since the early 2000s, and is the first staffing firm to center diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting for the cannabis industry. Our team understands that the effective implementation of social impact plans, community engagement initiatives, and inclusive HR practices is crucial to the success of the emerging cannabis and hemp industries. Despite BI&POC communities being disproportionately impacted by the drug war, the regulated cannabis industry lacks diversity.

Companies We’ve Worked With

From advertising and recruiting for job openings, to reviewing hundreds of applications, to conducting interviews in search of the perfect match, hiring the right employees takes a lot of work. And in the cannabis industry, the process is made even more difficult by complex regulations and a limited talent pool. THC Staffing saves employers time and money by using decades of experience to locate the right candidate for their staffing needs. After taking the time to understand your company’s culture and values, we access our network - including a database of over 10,000 resumes - to find motivated, highly qualified candidates that can help your company thrive and scale. Companies applying for licensing also benefit from our expertise by bringing us on as a consulting advisor early on. So while you focus on the daily needs of your business, THC Staffing does the rest.
